2.2 Payment Terms: Payment for services is due at the beginning of each subscription period. We accept payments by credit card, E-check/ACH, or physical check. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.

2.3 Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2.4 Refund Policy: We do not offer a free trial, but we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Case Monitoring and Document Generation

3.1 Service Description: Case Monitor provides automated and manual searches on CaseNet for defendants on bond or probation. We generate legal documents, such as motions to revoke, based on the information provided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data obtained through our services. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all documents before filing them with the court.

3.3 Limitation of Liability: Case Monitor is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in the information provided or for any actions taken based on the information generated by our services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by Case Monitor or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

4.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal and professional use as an attorney. This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of our services.

5.1 Termination by Case Monitor: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal.

5.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
