A defendant charged with child molestation was released on bond under the condition that he can only be at his father's house or at work (GPS monitoring in place). However, a few weeks later he was apprehended for a conservation violation in a county over an hour away with a minor.
Case MOnitor promptly found the new laws violation. The prosecuting attorney and their paralegal received an email containing the new case details (charges, location, phone number for the prosecutor of the new case) and a drafted motion to revoke, provided as a Word document. The attorney was able to file the motion within minutes.
As a result, the defendant's bond was revoked for violating the terms of his release.
